OMG tysm. Before saying that it is a virus, it is a false positive. The "BUY" application is false positives because it is used to patch fences.

I have an issue with this. I was able to download and extract both the files and then install Fences. When I went to 'replace' the 'buy' file, there was no BUY file there to replace. I copied it in the directory anyway, then, I could not get it to open without deleting itself – and yes, I have admin rights. The Command prompt never opened, and the step that you show where you are going to a picture file is unclear. Basically, when I restarted it WIPED OUT all of my desktop items and I had to restore my whole PC to an earlier restore point. So, something is very wrong.
Worked for me, didn't even turn my virus detection off. Thanks man!
