Exciting news from the Freeware Front! The biggest news this year—Starcraft 2 is now free to play and can be downloaded from Blizzard’s official website!
That’s right, Blizzard’s seminal military sci-fi real-time strategy game is now free to play. There are some restrictions of course like Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void being locked out from those who don’t own the first installment but yes, the Wings of Liberty campaign and Starcraft 2’s multiplayer component are free for the taking. Owners of the first third of the epic campaign have also much to celebrate about as Heart of the Swarm will unlock for them free of charge. A word of warning though: The Heart of the Swarm is a limited offer for people who’ve bought Wings of Liberty before October 31, 2017 though; they’ve to claim it by December 8. All you have to do is go to Blizzard.com, download the Battle Net desktop app, install it, make an account, login, and on the main page you will see the Starcraft 2 icon. Click on that, click on the “Play for Free” button and enjoy!

for some reason whenever i try to run the game, it would just black out and a text says "Input Not Supported" what do i need to do to fix it?
